honestly, i think most of your drawings could do without the intense amounts of dodge. the hair looks far too flat, even if its something different, and it doesn't blend well at all with the 3D body. i agree entirely with . and to anyone who thinks i'm bashing here, her art or anything else, i'm NOT i'm giving critique and pointers thank you.
It's very cool, but I've noticed that all the eyes and faces of your characters look exactly the same. Why don't you try making older characters, or male characters. Use different style eyes. Broaden your horizons.
Well, I was going to say this was a change for the better, in which in a few ways it is. Looks great on the thumbnail, not so great when full-viewed.
The hair and wing especially. It looked nice on the thumbnail because it seemed to be softly blurred or what-not at the edges, creating a nice glowing effect. However, I was wrong when I viewed it full-sized. It was sharp-edged and looked like it was cheaply pasted onto her.
What merits this picture has is the eyes and overall body language. It has emotion there, but I'd love to see more action at the mouth. If you're afraid of trying different mouths, the only way to get better is to go for it. I think it'd help your work tremendeously.
Something is still horribly wrong with this. It hurts to look at the shading's effect from her skin to the hair. It's called criticizing, and I'm voicing my own opinion. If she didn't want that then there would be no comment option.
